IMPORTANT

  1. Each brand has a specific minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can find the MOQ for a brand on its product listing page.  Please ensure your order meets the MOQ for each brand before placing it.
  2. Your order is considered confirmed only when each brand added to your cart meets the respective MOQ.
  3. A 30% deposit is required when your order is confirmed, and the remaining 70% is due before shipment.
  4. All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, and refunds or exchanges are generally not provided, except in cases of errors on our part.
  5. Prices are EXW (Ex Works) our warehouse. You are responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements, including freight, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  6. Returns are generally not accepted unless due to an error on our part. Please report any issues within 2 days of receiving your order.
  7. We are not responsible for goods damaged after leaving our warehouse. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage to the carrier immediately.
  8. By placing an order, you agree to our full Terms and Conditions, which can be found on our website.

WHOLESALE ORDER PROCESS

  1. Account Setup: Register an account or log in if you already have one. Allow 1-2 business days for account verification.
  2. Select Products: Browse our selection and add items to your cart. Prices are visible after logging in.
  3. Order Submission: Submit your order through the order form provided.
  4. Account Verification: We’ll send you a new customer application to gather your business information.
  5. Order Confirmation: We’ll review your order and send you an order confirmation with deposit instructions (30% of the total).
  6. Deposit Payment: Submit your deposit payment.
  7. Order Processing: Once the deposit is received, we’ll process your order and provide an estimated lead time.
  8. Final Payment and Shipping: When your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance (70%). After receiving the final payment, you can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse or have it shipped to you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Responsibility:

QHD Sales operates on an EXW (Ex Works) shipping basis from our warehouse located at 117 E Alton Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92707, USA. This means that you, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements from our warehouse to your desired destination. These costs include freight charges, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping Costs:

We will provide you with a shipping cost estimate as soon as it is available, typically after your order is processed and ready for shipment.

Shipping Options:

  • Customer-Arranged Shipping: You are welcome to arrange your own shipping with a carrier of your choice. Please provide us with the necessary shipping labels and instructions.
  • QHD Sales Assisted Shipping: If you prefer, we can assist you with arranging shipping through our network of carriers. We will provide you with a competitive shipping quote for your consideration.

Pick-Up Option:

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pick-up time.

Delivery Timeframes:

While we strive to ship orders within the estimated timeframes provided, please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.  

Risk of Loss:

The risk of loss for products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend that you insure your shipment for its full value.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options at this time.  

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
