Order Placement: You may place orders through our Website by following the checkout process. All orders are considered offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by QHD Sales.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion, even after you have placed it. We may do so for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of products, errors in pricing or descriptions, suspected fraud, or failure to meet our credit or payment terms.
Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms our receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of it. A binding contract of sale is formed only upon our shipment of the products.
Minimum Order Quantities: Each brand will have a different minimum order requirement (MOQ). You can find the specific MOQ for a brand on its product listing page.
Pricing and Payment
Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Prices are EXW (Ex Works) Warehouse, USA. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept bank/wire transfers. You can pay by PayPal but there will be a fee. It will be a 3.7% fee for domestic PayPal payments and 5.4% for international transactions.
Payment Terms: You must pay a 30% deposit when the order is confirmed as available to process and the remaining 70% when order is ready to ship.
Invoice Issuance: Proforma invoice will be sent before deposit payment. The final commercial invoice will be sent when the order is ready to ship.
Purchase Order Cancellation: In the event that a deposit has been made, we will only refund if the items are updated as out of stock. No refunds will be granted if the order is cancelled by the buyer for any reason. We encourage a thorough review of our Terms & Conditions prior to finalizing orders to avoid misunderstandings.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority arising from your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We’ll send you the shipping cost as soon as they’re available, keeping you informed every step of the way. If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, you can do so at our warehouse: 117 E Alton Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92707, U.S. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pick-up time.
Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Product & Sales Policy
Expiration Dates: We aim to supply products with a minimum of 12 months of shelf life remaining.
Territory of Sales: Our sales operations are currently restricted to the United States. We do not offer international shipping or export options at this time.
Damaged Goods: While we take care in packaging and shipping your orders, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to goods once they have left our California warehouse.
No Partnership or Agency: The relationship between QHD Sales and the buyer is that of independent contractors. This agreement does not establish any form of partnership or agency. The buyer is not authorized to represent or make commitments on behalf of QHD Sales.
Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns
Finality of Sales: Please be aware that all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once they have been submitted. This policy is in place to maintain accurate inventory management and ensure efficient order processing. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services, and we encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it.
Incorrect Orders Due to Our Error: In the event that an order is incorrect due to a mistake on our end, please report the issue within 2 days of receiving the delivery. To assess the situation, we require photos of the unopened and unused items, along with any other pertinent information. If items have been opened or used, please contact the manufacturer directly, as these items fall outside of our returns and exchange policy.
Buyer Accuracy Obligation: It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of all shipping and personal information provided during the order placement process. We cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information submitted by the buyer. Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.
Return Goods Policy: We generally do not accept returns except in cases where an error has been made by qhdsales.com. Such errors must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order. If an error on our part is confirmed, all materials included with the order must be returned in their original condition along with the incorrect products. All returned items must be unopened and unused. Return requests made after the 2-day reporting period will not be accepted.
